Breed: Chihuahua

Gender: Male

Can live with children? 10 years+

Peanut is a very special little man.

He has a head tilt which is a neurological issue.

The vet feels this is not going to get better. But it doesn’t bother him at all, even if he looks a little drunk!

Peanut is a very friendly dog and is living with cats and dogs but would really rather be an only pet as he feels he needs all the attention.

Peanut sleeps in a fabric crate at night to keep him from getting himself into any trouble. He knows his crate means time to curl up for a sleep. He also goes in it when no one is about to watch him.

His new home will need a stairgate top and bottom to make sure he doesn’t fall down the stairs.

Peanut loves going out for walks and still has the Chihuahua attitude of thinking he is a big dog and can take on the world.

He loves loves loves toys and balls.

His all time fave food is chicken.

He has recently been neutered and still like to mark everywhere with a wee, but he is improving.

We feel he would be best suited to live without children under 10yrs.

This dog has been reserved, which means that they will be meeting people so that a trial can take place. You can still apply for adoption, however please note that if the trial period is successful then Peanut will no longer be available to be rehomed.

If you have already been homechecked you may not need to fill out a new application, just email and let us know. Homes already checked will get priority.

Adoption fee is £200 per dog unless otherwise agreed. This is payable at the time you take a dog on a two-week trial.
