Can live with children? No

Can live with dogs? No

Poppet is a little girl only 9kg and is about 1.5 years old.

We rehomed her last year but she has come back to us.

She is not happy living with other dogs.

She would make a good agility dog, she can clear 3-4ft. So a minimum 5ft fence will be needed for her.

She can be a little crate food protective.

She would be best placed in a home without children.

Poppet is very affectionate.

She enjoys her walks and especially enjoys meeting other dogs and their owners, which she does in a gentle non-threatening way.

She could really do with and would enjoy some proper training classes as she is a quick learner, but does find the outside world a little overwhelming.

She is a lively puppy that loves to play with her toys and enjoys the company of people.

If no entertainment is on offer she readily settles down on the sofa for a nap.

She is able to be left alone for short periods of time, as long as you don’t leave anything around which she can nab and play with.

This dog has been reserved, which means that they will be meeting people so that a trial can take place. You can still apply for adoption, however please note that if the trial period is successful then Poppet will no longer be available to be rehomed.

If you have already been homechecked you may not need to fill out a new application, just email SNDrescue@gmail.com and let us know. Homes already checked will get priority.

Adoption fee is £250 per dog unless otherwise agreed. This is payable at the time you take a dog on a two-week trial.
