*** UPDATE from Sally’s foster carer ***

Sally is an awesome girl.

She is a little shy when first meeting you and needs to gain your trust – in the 24 hrs I have been fostering her she now loves a tummy tickle, chin and face tickles and will lick my hand.

She follows me every where and when I leave her to go out she gives me a lovely welcome – even if I have only been up stairs!

She sleeps in her bed all night and is house trained.

She needs some training in a lead and likes having her harness put on.

She takes treats gently from your hand and gets on with my 2 other dogs but does like to be fed away from the others.

She is a little wary of my husband and son but Iโ€™m sure this wonโ€™t be for long.

Sally just wants to be your friend and to know she is safe – she will make a fantastic addition to any family.

My name is Sally and I’m a small cross breed.

I’m only a baby girl and just year old. I weigh 10kg and I’m very loving once I get used to people and know they aren’t going to hurt me.

I love spending time with the other dogs as we play loads of games especially chase and tag.

I didn’t have a very nice life before a friend came and rescued me from the scary perrera (Spanish pound). It was so noisy and cold in there I couldn’t eat or sleep.

I’m beginning to have some lessons now on how to walk nicely on a lead (even when I just want to run).

My playtime begins when my lead is removed YAY.

I can sit when asked most of the time and if I go back to friend when she calls me I get a treat so that’s easy.

I’ve had my vaccinations , blood tests for Mediterranean diseases and they are fine. I’ve been spayed, got my own passport and microchip .

Now I’m ready to travel to your house for a lot of cuddles and playtime. Friend says you will help me to learn new things which is okay as long as you have treats.

I am a little shy with children to begin with, but soon warm up to them.

I will wait here for you if that’s okay.

๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜˜love and cuddles, from Sally ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜˜

This dog has been reserved, which means that they will be meeting people so that a trial can take place. You can still apply for adoption, however please note that if the trial period is successful then Sally will no longer be available to be rehomed.

If you have already been homechecked you will not need to fill out a new application, just email SNDrescue@gmail.com and let us know. Homes already checked will get priority.

Adoption fee is ยฃ200 per dog unless otherwise agreed. This is payable at the time you take a dog on a two-week trial.
